Recording
Specialist Music offers both a recording and audio re-mastering service. Concerning recording, whether it be solo piano or symphonic orchestra, no task is too difficult. Recording can be on location or here at the far North of Scotland. Prices are by negotiation and largely depends upon the following factors:
- Travelling distance if recording on location
- Amount of equipment needed
- Recording Time
Regarding quality, industry standard 24-bit 96 kHz is used and deliverables include an audio CD as well as a DVD containing the original high-resolution waveform files. Please contact Specialist Music for more information about this very competitive service.
Audio re-mastering is perfect for touching up an existing recording that you may happen to own. A CD can be created from practically any medium you may require enhancement of. Whether it be an old cassette tape or even a grammophone record, Specialist Music can re-master the audio to practically the best quality achievable.
